Once an order has been completed at checkout, we are unable to guarantee that any modifications—such as changes to products, shipping information, or cancellations—can be made. We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, and as a result, updates may not be possible.
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their order details—including item selections, quantities, shipping address, and contact information—before completing checkout.
If you do need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible at clinicsupport@egoscue.com, and we will do our best to assist you but do not guarantee that changes will be possible.
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Unused and unopened products are eligible for a return within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for shipping your product back to us. It must be returned in new condition.
Please contact clinicsupport@egoscue.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return in your email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business day. Please note, all refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
